Pay Online

With our E-Teller online banking service, making your auto loan payment is easy, convenient, and secure. To access E-Teller, you must first enroll. Once enrolled, log in, and get started.

New Auto Loan?

Congratulations on the purchase of your new vehicle! Now you have the convenience of going where you want, when you want. Further that convenience by using E-Pay to schedule a one-time or recurring car payment from any bank.
There is no fee to do this via E-Pay.

Please note: Your account number is is required to enroll (it can be found on your UNITED SA statement or your membership card). If you have a new auto loan, please allow 7-10 business days for your loan to appear in E-Teller.

Pay at a Branch

Stop by any UNITED SA branch or Shared Branch location to make a payment or request assistance. Please bring your payment coupon. Save a trip to a branch every month and ask us about setting up an internal transfer from a UNITED SA account. You can pick a convenient payment date, and best of all, it's free!

Pay by Phone

Call (800) 531-8456 to make a payment to your UNITED SA auto loan with the Audio Response System (ARS), our 24/7 telephone banking system.

This service is free for payments made from a UNITED SA account. There is a $5.00 fee for payments made from a credit card or non-UNITED SA account.
