I think that the staff definitely needs to work on their friendliness (on the phone as well as at the office), if you need a good quality car with in-house financing (even with severe credit issues), I can only but recommend them! The interest rate is gonna be a bit higher (...or extremely high as in my case), but I have a very good and reliable car, the staff has always been willing to help me in a professional manner. The cars also are reasonably priced (well within or under Blue Book Retail Value). If they can work on their friendliness overall, and i mean sales people at the car lots, as well as the vantage finance people at the office, they could not be beat! Overall I give them 4 stars with the hope they read this and with a slight little chance even try to make me (and all others) a happier customer.

SATURDAY, STARTER WENT OUT, I HAD NO IDEA WHO TO CALL, I JUST STARED SEARCHING THE WEB AND FOUND PROTECH AUTOMOTIVE'S KNOXVILLE, TN WEB SIGHT, CALLED AND IMMEDIATELY I WAS MADE TO F...EEL EVERYTHING WAS GONNA OKAY. AND SURE ENOUGH IT WAS. MY CAR WAS HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY AND I WAS TREATED WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT. DON'T SEE THAT VERY OFTEN ANYMORE. I WOULD RECOMMEND PROTECH AUTOMOTIVE TO ANYONE WHO HAS A VEHICLE. THESE GUYS ARE THE GREATEST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE PRICE WAS AMAZING FOR THE WORK DONE. I WILL ALWAYS CALL THEM TO WORK ON MY CAR.

I had an emergency & needed to get a loan... Unfortunately I didn't have a credit score. My bank told me to go to World Finance. I went and they approved me! They also told me a little bit about how to keep good credit and some other pointers on managing my finances. That wa...s just what I needed! Turns out they even give loans to people who have bad credit because they loaned to my friend to. She said no one would give her a loan. Now she got her credit score up by 60 points in just 7 months. (60 points put her at 548... yeah it was that bad.)
