I've used Carlson Mortgage's services several times and Greg Shmulevich was my loan officer this time around. I was getting confused​ before I came to them, looking at different lenders, as it seemed that even similar programs had different ​stipulations and fees that varied... from bank to bank. Once I met with Greg, the first thing I liked was the fact that he could explain complicated concepts in plain terms. He answered all of my questions clearly and honestly. He​ and the realtor that he suggested​ helped me narrow my home search substantially​. We went through pre-approval process and ​I was provided with several detailed scenarios ​that were a good match for where I was financially and credit-wise. I ​am confident that I made a g​ood decision when​ choosing my mortgage guy​!

After being in the real estate business for over 13 years, I have never been apart of a smoother transactions then what we experience with Alex and his team. The most recent file he worked on had a little hair around the edges, my client had recently been turned down by a... different mortgage broker. However once Alex got her file everything fell into place, great quick communication from his end, no surprises from the underwriter and hit the closing time frame with no problem.
